摘 要:介绍305/70R19.5全钢载重子午线驱动轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径918 mm,断面宽303 mm,行驶面宽度252 mm,行驶面弧度高8.2 mm,胎圈着合直径493.3 mm,胎圈着合宽度242 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))1.015,采用纵横沟交错的块状花纹设计,花纹深度16 mm,花纹饱和度69.2%,花纹周节数51。施工设计:胎面由胎面胶、基部胶和缓冲胶片组成,胎体采用3×0.24+9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线,带束层采用3层加双层0°带束层设计,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层使用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线;成型采用一次法成型机,采用热式硫化机、氮气硫化工艺进行硫化。成品试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合相应设计和标准要求。The design of 305/70R19.5 truck and bus radial drive tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 918 mm,cross-sectional width 303 mm,width of running surface 252 mm,arc height of running surface 8.2 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 493.3 mm,bead width at rim seat 242 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H_(1)/H_(2))1.015,block pattern design with crisscross longitudinal and transverse grooves,pattern depth 16 mm,block/total ratio 69.2%,the number of pattern pitches 51.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:construction of tread compound,base compound and breaker stip for tread,3×0.24+9×0.225CCST steel cord for carcass,3 layers of belt plus double layers of 0°belt design for belt,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1#and 2#belt,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3#belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0°belt.One-stage building machine was used to build tire,and hot plate curing press and nitrogen vulcanization process were used to cure tire.The test results of finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,durability and high-speed performance of finished tire met the requirements of corresponding design and standards.
