摘　　要：农村电商、数字普惠金融是现阶段实现县域经济增长的两种重要手段,这种趋势随着“电子商务进农村综合示范工程”覆盖的县域数量逐渐增多而愈发明显。本文着重分析农村电商和数字普惠金融对县域经济增长的协同促进效应,研究发现,农村电商与数字普惠金融在县域经济增长中的协同效应显著且边际效率呈现递增趋势,其中数字普惠金融数字化程度的调节效应最强;农村电商的县域经济增长效应、电子商务与数字普惠金融的协同效应在西部欠发达地区的作用更加明显,电子商务和数字普惠金融的连通性、包容性和普惠性作用得到充分显现。基于此,笔者认为,县级政府应该加快数字化基础设施建设,充分发挥资源禀赋的比较优势,加大数字技能培训,推进电子商务与数字普惠金融的联动与协同,从而实现县域经济增长。Rural e-commerce and digital financial inclusion are two important means of promoting county economic revitalization at the present stage.This trend is becoming more and more obvious with the increasing number of counties covered by the policy of‘Comprehensive demonstration of e-commerce into rural areas’.This paper focuses on analyzing the synergistic promotion effect of rural e-commerce and digital financial inclusion on county economic growth.The results show that the synergy between e-commerce and digital financial inclusion can positively promote county-level economic growth,and the marginal efficiency of synergy is increasing.Among the sub-indexes of digital financial inclusion,the moderating effect of digitalization degree is the strongest.In addition,the economic growth effect of e-commerce and the synergy effect are more obvious in less developed western regions,which reflects the connectivity,inclusiveness and inclusion of e-commerce and digital finance.The county-level government should accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure,utilize the comparative advantage of resource endowment,and promote the linkage and coordination between e-commerce and digital financial inclusion,so as to realize regional economic growth and inclusive development.
