摘　　要：目的观察3Dmax轻量型疝补片对成人腹股沟疝患者疝修补术后疼痛程度、炎症反应及并发症的影响。方法选择2019年1月—2022年1月收治的成年腹股沟疝150例作为研究对象,根据术中应用补片的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。2组均行腹腔镜全腹膜外疝修补术,观察组术中采用3Dmax轻量型疝补片,对照组术中采用常规疝补片。比较2组围术期指标、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平,以及术后复发和并发症发生情况。结果2组手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、术后住院时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后1、7 d疼痛VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组术后24 h血清IL-6、CRP、TNF-α均较术前升高,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组术后6个月内复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论成人腹股沟疝修补术中应用3Dmax轻量型疝补片可减轻术后疼痛和炎症反应,减少并发症。Objective To observe the effect of 3Dmax lightweight hernia mesh on postoperative pain,inflammatory response and complications after hernia repair in adult patients with inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 150 cases of adult inguinal hernia who were treated from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into observation group(n=75)and control group(n=75)according to the difference in the application of mesh during the operation.Both groups underwent laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernia repair.The observation group was treated with 3Dmax lightweight hernia mesh,and the control group was treated with conventional hernia mesh.The perioperative indicators,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,levels of serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],as well as postoperative recurrence and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in duration of operation,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative ambulation time,and postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS pain scores in the observation group at 1 and 7 d after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6,CRP,and TNF-αin both groups at 24 h after operation were higher than those before operation,and the levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate within 6 months between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3Dmax lightweight hernia mesh in adult inguinal hernia repair can reduce postoperative pain and inflammatory response and decrease complications.
