摘 要:为探究露天矿山爆破工程调参与破碎能耗控制的相关性,结合大皇山凝灰岩矿的生产统计数据,提出砂石骨料加工破碎环节的能耗控制指标耗量比,建立耗量比与爆破参数多目标粒子群优化(MOPSO)模型,对耗量比与孔排距和炸药单耗及钻孔超深3个爆破参数的代理模型进行寻优,并结合修正Kuz-Ram模型对寻优结果的可靠性和以能耗指标作为爆破效果评价指标的合理性加以佐证。结果表明:在相对最佳耗量比指标下,细碎阶段耗量比指标是粗碎和中碎阶段的1.5倍左右;爆破参数中,孔排距取6.0 m×3.0 m,炸药单耗取0.35 kg/m 3,超深根据实际情况在1.7~2.0 m间取值。与未经优化参数相比,寻优参数对应着更小的平均块度,为64 cm,说明较低的破碎能耗指标与良好的爆破效果存在着对应关系。In order to explore the correlation between the adjustment of blasting engineering parameters and the control of crushing energy consumption in the crushing link in the processing of gravel aggregates,combined with the production statistics of the Dahuangshan tuff mine,the energy consumption ratio as the energy consumption control index is proposed.And a multi-objective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO)model was built to optimize the proxy model of the energy consumption ratio,the hole row spacing,the unit consumption of explosives,and the drilling ultra-deep,combined with the modified Kuz-Ram model,the reliability of the optimization result and the rationality of using energy consumption index as the evaluation index of blasting effect are supported.The results show that under the relative optimal consumption ratio index,the consumption ratio index in the fine crushing stage is about 1.5 times that of the coarse crushing and medium crushing stages;in the blasting parameters,the hole row spacing is 6.0 m×3.0 m,and the explosive unit consumption is 0.35 kg/m 3,the ultra-deep value is between 1.7 m and 2.0 m according to the actual situation.Compared with the unoptimized parameters,the optimized parameters correspond to a smaller average block size of 64 cm,which shows that there is a corresponding relationship between the lower crushing energy consumption index and the good blasting effect.
