摘  要:为解决近接建筑物条件下隧道光面控爆技术问题,以地铁隧道工程为依托,采用理论分析、工程类比与现场实测研究手段,探究了近距离侧穿高压铁塔平曲线陡斜直墙圆弧拱形施工通道光面控爆技术,自主建立了确定拱圈上仰角与边墙偏转角通用理论公式。结果表明:采取周边孔组合布孔,周边长孔采用不耦合间隔装药结构,短孔采用不耦合孔底微量装药结构,实现了隧道超欠挖有效控制;单段最大装药量合理确定,是实现爆破振速有效控制的关键因素;综合采用延时爆破技术与多隔段爆破控振技术,有效避免了相邻段别炮孔爆破振速峰值“叠加效应”;底板孔采用分段起爆,有效降低了岩石夹制作用,提高了爆破效果,实现了设计振速与超欠挖“双控”目的,振速实测范围0.442~0.933 cm/s,拱部最大超挖量为0.065 m,边墙最大超挖量为0.119 m,扭亏48万元;循环进尺1 m/d提升到2.5 m/d,满足了“安全、高效、经济”施工要求。In order to solve the technical problems of smooth blasting control in tunnels under the condition of close proximity to buildings,based on urban subway tunnel engineering,theoretical analysis,engineering analogy and in-situ monitory methods were utilized to explore smooth and control blasting technology of steep and horizontal curve tunnel under passing through high voltage tower in close range.The theoretical equation was established to acquire vertical angle on arch ring and deflection angle on side wall.The researching results show that the measure of back break is controlled effectively with combined periphery holes,air interval decouple charge in long hole and decouple concentric charge.Maximum charge per section is the key factor to control vibration velocity.The technology of delay and millisecond blasting and Multi-interval blasting are utilized to avoid superimposed effect between cut hole and loosening hole.Segmented blasting method is conducive to avoid blasting clamping force and enhance blasting effect in tunnel floor holes.The results of application show that the designing vibration velocity and the measure of back break are controlled effectively,and range of blasting velocity is form 0.442 cm/s to 0.933 cm/s,and the maximum of backbreak is 0.065 m in arch and the maximum of backbreak is 0.119 m in side wall,andthe economic benefit is up to 480 thousand RMB.The footage of tunnel is added from 1 m/d to 2.5 m/d,which meets the construction requirements of safety,high-efficiency,and economy.
