摘  要:针对待拆渡槽为钢筋混凝土结构,且高度高、跨度大、周边环境复杂,倒塌范围受限的情况,决定采用1#槽墩至11#槽墩向西定向爆破倒塌,13#槽墩至18#槽墩向南定向爆破倒塌,12#槽墩采用机械拆除的施工方案。合理确定了每个槽墩爆破切口高度及爆破参数,为了提高起爆网路的延时精度,本次起爆网路采用电子雷管起爆网路;为了有效控制爆破有害效应,在爆破前合理设定了每个炮孔的延时时间,采用多层防护措施;为了合理确定炸药单耗,对1#墩进行试爆;为了给2#墩留出倒塌空间,对1#、2#墩之间槽身及桁架进行机械预拆除;通过精心设计和施工,渡槽完全塌落、有效控制爆破危害效应,,可为同类工程提供参考。In view of the fact that the aqueduct to be demolished is a reinforced concrete structure with high altitude,large span,complex surrounding environment and limited collapse range.It is decided that 1#~11#pier will collapse by directional blasting to the west,13#~18#pier will collapse to the south,and 12#pier will be demolished by mechanical.The blasting cut height and blasting parameters of trough pier are determined reasonably,in order to improve the delay accuracy of the initiation network,the initiation network uses electronic detonator initiation network.In order to effectively control the harmful effect of blasting,the delay time of each hole is set reasonably before blasting,and multi-layer protection measures are adopted.In order to determine the explosive consumption reasonably,1#pier was tested.In order to leave room for collapse of 2#pier,the groove body and truss between 1#pier and 2#pier were removed mechanically ahead of time.Through careful design and construction,the aqueduct completely collapsed,effectively control the blasting damage effect,it can provide reference for similar projects.
