分期施方熏洗在肛周脓肿患者术后康复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分期施方熏洗在肛周脓肿患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年12月—2022年1月收治的肛周脓肿72例的临床资料,按治疗方法分为对照组34例和观察组38例,对照组采用高锰酸钾药液熏洗,观察组采用分期施方熏洗。比较2组临床疗效、围术期指标、并发症情况及疼痛、切口分泌物、肉芽组织生长及水肿评分。结果观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分法、切口分泌物及水肿评分均低于对照组,肉芽组织生长评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组创面愈合时间、腐肉脱落时间均短于对照组,创面面积减小率大于对照组(P<0.01)。2组并发症总发生率及复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论分期施方熏洗在肛周脓肿患者术后康复治疗中效果显著,可缓解患者疼痛,促进创面愈合。Objective To explore the application effect of staged prescription fumigation and washing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with perianal abscess.Methods The clinical data of 72 cases of perianal abscess treated from December 2020 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into a control group of 34 cases and an observation group of 38 cases.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate liquid fumigation and washing,while the observation group was treated with staged prescription fumigation and washing.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indicators,complications and pain,incision secretions,granulation tissue growth and edema scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale,incision secretion and edema scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the granulation tissue growth score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The incision healing time and the sloughing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the reduction rate of the wound area was greater than that of the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Staged prescription fumigation and washing is effective in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with perianal abscess,which can relieve pain,and promote wound healing.
