摘　　要：文章主要通过对影响图形电镀线路锯齿产生的机理分析,实验排除影响因素,聚焦问题点,再通过DOE实验,对比问题原因,找出最佳生产参数,有效的实现了图形电镀线路锯齿问题的改善。This paper mainly analyzes the mechanism that affects the generation of sawtooth problem in pattern plating,experimental exclusion of influencing factors.It focuses on problem points,and then through DOE experiments,compares the cause of the problem,finds out the best production parameters,and effectively realizes the improvement of sawtooth problem in pattern plating.
