摘  要:对分离器内气固两相流场和结构参数的设计进行了讨论。结果表明,飞灰进入带钩波纹板内部,可以被有效捕集;分离器性能受其形状、节距等结构因素的影响;转折角度对分离效率影响最大;钩片个数对压力损失影响最大。The design of gas-solid two-phase flow and structure parameters inside a separator were discussed.The result indicates that the fly ash can be effectively captured when it enters the corrugated plate with hook.The performance of separator is affected by its shape,pitch and other structural factors.It could be concluded that plate-angles and the number of hook have the most significant impacts on the separating efficiency and pressure loss respectively.
