摘 要:本研究针对国内规模化奶牛场对自动化、智能化饲喂设备的迫切需求,在对智能带式饲喂系统在多栋牛舍中的饲喂工作过程分析的基础上,设计并开发了智能带式饲喂系统的控制系统,完成了智能带式饲喂控制系统的总体控制方案设计、系统硬件选型及软件流程设计,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,控制系统能够按照预定饲喂时间,对各输送带和换向装置实现运行状态控制,完成各饲喂群组牛舍的饲料输送工作。本设计可为我国智能饲喂设备的发展提供参考。Given the urgent requirements of the domestic scale dairy farm for automatic and intelligent feeding device,and based on the feeding working process analysis of the intelligent belt feeding system which runs in multibarn farm,the intelligent belt feeding control system was designed and developed in this paper.The overall control scheme design,the hardware selection and control system software design of the intelligent belt feeding control system were finished,which feeding effect was validated experimentally also.The result shows that the control system has finished feed transportation work into each feeding group barn by controlling for motion state of each belt and reversing device with the preset time,which provided reference for intelligent feeding device development in China.
