摘　　要：医学八年制教育以培养高水平、高层次的医疗卫生人才为目的,一直备受关注。自2004年以来,各大高校积极响应国家号召,开始试办八年制医学教育,以期培养综合素质卓越的临床医学精英。但是,随着八年制教学制度的有序展开,各单位也遇到诸多困难,培养成效有待进一步提高。因此,提升八年制医学生临床技能和科研水平成为亟待解决的问题。武汉大学作为第一批探索八年制教学模式的高等院校,一直致力于输出具有国际视野的拔尖创新型医学人才。经过十多年的实践和探索,武汉大学不断改良八年制培养方案,但仍有些许不足之处。文章结合武汉大学临床医学八年制培养的经验,参考国内外办学经验,结合导师和学生体验,探讨八年制培养存在的主要问题,对现有培养模式提出改进建议。The eight-year medical education is aimed at cultivating high-level medical and health personnel,and has always attracted attention.Since 2004,major colleges and universities have actively responded to the call of the country and have begun piloting eight-year medical education with a view to cultivating clinical medical elites with excellent comprehensive qualities.However,with the orderly development of the eight-year teaching system,various units have also encountered many difficulties,and the effectiveness of training needs to be further improved.Therefore,improving the clinical skills and scientific research level of eight-year medical students has become an urgent problem to be solved.As the first batch of colleges and universities to explore the eight-year teaching model,Wuhan University has been committed to exporting top-notch innovative medical talents with an international perspective.After more than ten years of practice and exploration,Wuhan University has continuously improved the eight-year training program,but there are still some shortcomings.The article combines the eight-year clinical medicine training experience of Wuhan University with reference to the experience at home and abroad,combines with the experience of tutors and students,discusses the main problems in the eight-year training,and proposes improvements to the existing training model.
