网络教育模式在内分泌护生教学中的效果研究

摘  要:目的内分泌科护生教学中应用网络教育构思-设计-实现-运行模式的价值分析。方法选取2019年9月—2020年10月在重庆医科大学附属永川医院内分泌科实习的护生90名为此次研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),对照组应用传统带教法,观察组应用网络教育构思-设计-实现-运行模式,对比两组考核成绩、教学前后自我效能感量表(general self efficacy scale,GSES)评分、护生带教满意度及综合能力。结果观察组理论成绩、实践成绩均高于对照组,且教学后观察组GSES评分、护生带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组分析问题能力、自学能力、沟通能力、解决问题能力及团队协作能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内分泌科护生教学中应用网络教育构思-设计-实现-运行模式可提高其理论、实践考核成绩,增强护生的自我效能感,同时能培养其综合能力,进而增加护生对教学的满意度。Objective To analyze the value of application of network education concept-design-implementation-operation model in the teaching of endocrinology nursing students.Methods 90 students practicing in endocrinology department of Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from September 2019 to October 2020 were divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45),which applied traditional teaching method,the observation group applied network education conception-design-implementation-operation mode,and compared the two groups'assessment scores,GSES(general self efficacy scale)scores before and after teaching,teaching satisfaction and comprehensive ability.Results The theoretical and practical results of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the GSES score and education satisfaction of the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The problem analysis ability,self-study ability,communication ability,problem solving ability and team cooperation ability score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of network education conception-design-realization-operation mode in the teaching of endocrinology nursing students can improve its theoretical and practical assessment results,enhance the self-efficacy of nursing students,and cultivate their comprehensive ability and then increase the satisfaction of nursing students to teaching.
