摘 要:文章以徐州医科大学为例,探索了我国新的社会形势下假肢矫形工程专业人才的培养模式,包括如何对照国家质量标准中生物医学工程类的要求修订培养方案、建立以康复医学类、生物医学工程类及假肢矫形工程类为主的三大课程体系,并逐渐形成了特色课堂教学、高水平医院、知名医疗企业、著名境内外高校四位一体的协同育人模式。同时鼓励学生在创客空间提高自身的核心竞争力,提升综合解决问题的能力和团队协作的精神。最后,指出目前假肢矫形工程专业办学发展中面临的问题与挑战,以及相应的对策和今后的发展方向。The article takes Xuzhou Medical University as an example to explore the talent training mode of prosthetics and orthopedic engineering under the new social situation in our country.Including how to revise the training program in accordance with the requirements of biomedical engineering in the national quality standards,and establish three major curriculum systems focusing on rehabilitation medicine,biomedical engineering and prosthetic engineering.A four-in-one collaborative education model has formed,which are characteristic classroom teaching,high-level hospitals,well-known medical companies,famous domestic and foreign universities.At the same time,the students are encouraged to enhance their core competitiveness in the makerspace,and also the ability to solve comprehensive problems and the spirit of teamwork.Finally,the current problems and challenges in the development of the prosthetic and orthopedic engineering major are pointed out,as well as the as well as the corresponding countermeasures and future development directions.
