摘  要:在使用玻璃电熔炉过程中,根据流液洞耐火材料的侵蚀情况,以耐火材料的质量、临界出料量和热传导系数为基础数据,调整流液洞的宽度和长度,确保在一个窑期内,玻璃电熔炉流液洞的流量大于临界流量,不产生回流,保证玻璃液的质量。针对流液洞盖板砖表层不同温度和位置的重要性,输送不同量的冷却风进行冷却,减缓盖板砖的侵蚀速度。当盖板砖被侵蚀到一定程度时进行二次加砖,形成新的流液洞盖板,减缓流液洞的侵蚀速度,进而延长玻璃电熔炉的使用寿命。Combination with corroded situation of electric melting furnace throat refractories,the width and length design of throat was adjusted based on the quality,critical output and thermal conductivity of refractory.The flow rate of the throat is greater than the critical flow rate in glass electric melting furnace during one furnace service life,and the quality of the glass liquid will not be affected by backflow.According to the importance of different temperature and location of the surface layer of the cover brick in the throat,different quantities of cooling air are transported to cool the cover brick,so as to slow down the erosion speed of the cover brick.At the same time,when the cover plate brick is eroded to a certain extent,the second brick should be added to form a new cover plate of the throat,so that to prolong the service life of the throat and the electric glass furnace.
