供料系统导致玻璃产生气泡的原因及对策

摘　　要：玻璃制品的气泡缺陷会影响玻璃的外观和透明性、降低玻璃的力学强度。气泡缺陷不仅与配方、配料和熔制有关,料盆系统的不规范操作也会引起很多气泡缺陷。对料盆系统材质、料碗准备、料盆更换步骤依次分析,从整个工艺角度提出操作不规范可能导致的气泡缺陷。最后总结了常见的供料系统气泡缺陷的特点,并提出可供参考的注意事项和解决方案。The bubble defects of glass products not only affect its performance,but also impact their appearance and application.These defects depend upon glass formula,batch ingredients,melting process,and also the improper operation in the spout system.In the paper,the spout system,preparation of orifice and the replacement of spout were discussed in detail,and then the bubble defects caused possibly by the improper operation was set forth from the view point of glass technology.Finally,the characteristics of common bubble defects in the feeding system were summarized,and the precautions and solutions were proposed for reference.
