摘　　要：开发不含邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)类增塑剂的环保型聚氯乙烯(PVC)护墙板,研制无DOP高填充环保型PVC护墙板的配方.探讨不同增塑剂及抗冲改性剂对高填充PVC护墙板的材料力学性能影响研制得到了性能良好的无DOP高填充环保型PVC护墙板,发现环保型增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)和抗冲改性剂丙烯酸酯类共聚物(ACR)可以较好地提高PVC护墙板的材料力学性能.The development of environmental-friendly PVC wallboard without DOP plasticizer is the main development direction of green wallboard.In this paper,based on the formulation development of DOP-free high-filling environment-friendly PVC wallboard,the influence of different plasticizers and impact modifiers on the material mechanical properties of high-filling PVC wallboard was discussed,and it was found that environmental plasticizers DOTP and impact modifiers ACR could better improve the material mechanical properties of PVC wallboard.The environmental-friendly high-filling DOP-free PVC wallboard was developed.
