摘  要:本文研究了PrAPO-5分子筛催化氧化α-蒎烯合成马鞭草烯酮。采用水热法制备了PrAPO-5分子筛,通过一系列表征手段研究了PrAPO-5分子筛的结构,并探究了反应温度、反应时间、氧气压力、催化剂用量对α-蒎烯催化氧化合成马鞭草烯酮的影响及催化剂的重复使用性。结果表明,PrAPO-5分子筛为介孔分子筛,具有APO-5的AFI特征衍射峰。在反应温度为100℃、加入1.0g的α-蒎烯、氧气压力为0.7MPa、反应时间为6h的条件下,α-蒎烯的转化率为87.85%,马鞭草烯酮的产率和选择性分别为25.25%和28.74%。PrAPO-5催化剂在连续回收并重复使用5次后,仍保持理想的催化活性和选择性。Verbenon was synthesized fromα-pinene oxidation catalyzed by PrAPO-5molecular sieve.The PrAPO-5 molecular sieve was prepared by hydrothermal method.The structure of PrAPO-5 molecular sieve was characterized by a series of characterization means.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,oxygen pressure and the catalyst dosage on the catalytic oxidation ofα-pinene to verbenone and the reusability of catalyst were discussed.The results showed that PrAPO-5 molecular sieve was a mesoporous molecular sieve with the characteristic AFI diffraction peak of APO-5.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 100℃,addition of 1.0gα-pinene,oxygen pressure of 0.7MPa and reaction time of 6h,the conversion ofα-pinene was 87.85%,and the yield and selectivity of verbenone were 25.25%and 28.74%respectively.Also the PrAPO-5 catalyst maintained the ideal catalytic activity and selectivity after continuous recovery and reuse five times.
