环保高效发泡聚丙烯珠粒的制备与性能表征

摘　　要：本文对发泡聚丙烯的性能进行了介绍,针对国内现有工业化技术的不足,采用自制的高熔体强度聚丙烯原材料,设计了连续超临界二氧化碳挤出发泡生产线,用于制备发泡聚丙烯珠粒,工艺流程具有简单、环境友好、安全环保、工业化生产效率高的优点。性能测试结果表明,制备得到的发泡聚丙烯珠粒的表面光滑,泡孔致密均匀,没有破裂现象,稳定性高,耐水性好,综合性能优异。In this paper,the properties and development trend of foamed polypropylene were introduced,and the preparation technology in China and abroad was also studied.In view of the shortcomings of domestic existing industrial technology,applied self-made high melt strength polypropylene as raw materials,a continuous supercritical carbon dioxide extrusion foaming production line was designed to prepare foamed polypropylene beads.The process flow was simple,environment-friendly,safe and environmentfriendly,and the industrial production efficiency was high.The performance test results showed that the foamed polypropylene beads prepared on the surface had dense and uniform cell pores,smooth surface,uniform cell morphology,no cracking,high stability,good water resistance and excellent comprehensive performance.
