摘 要:近年来,基于全桥功率模组的模块化多电平矩阵变换器(M3C)的海上风电低频输电系统(LFTS)发展迅速,具有广阔的应用前景。为保障电网的安全运行以及降低海缆的过压风险,经LFTS并网的风电机组必须具备故障穿越能力。研究风电机组经LFTS并网时的故障穿越能力,针对工频系统故障导致M3C传输有功受限,使得工频、低频系统功率不平衡,造成低频系统过电压问题,设计了一种基于多绕组移相变压器的宽频宽压电源系统(宽频电源)。当工频系统故障引起M3C闭锁时,通过宽频电源接管低频侧电压控制,实现风电并网系统故障穿越。搭建了35 kV/11 MW海上风电系统的PSCAD模型,仿真实验结果表明了所提方法的正确性,具有良好的LFTS工程应用前景。In recent years,low frequency offshore wind power transmission system(LFTS)based on modular multilevel matrix converter(M3C)with full bridge power module has developed rapidly and has broad application prospect.In or der to ensure the safe operation of the power grid and reduce the overpressure risk of sea cables,wind turbines connected through LFTS must be equipped with fault ride-through capability.In this paper,the fault ride-through capability of LFTS is studied.Aiming at the problems that M3C transmission active power is limited due to the fault of power frequency system,the power imbalance between the power system and the low-frequency system causes the over-voltage of the low-frequency system,a broadband power supply system(broadband power supply)based on multi-winding phase-shifting transformer is designed.When M3C is blocked due to power grid failure,the broadband power supply system takes over the low-frequency side voltage control,so that the wind power grid-connected system can realize fault traverse.The PSCAD model of 35 kV/11 MW offshore wind power system was established.The simulation results show that the proposed method is correct and has a good application prospect of LFTS engineering.
