摘　　要：为了能够有效地对煤矿生产安全进行评价,降低煤矿生产风险,利用组合权重法和集对分析法构建煤矿生产安全评价模型。针对影响煤矿生产安全的重要因素,从人员、设备、管理、环境4个方面,确立了19个二级指标,以此构建煤矿生产安全指标体系。将层次分析法与熵权法结合确定煤矿生产安全指标权重,结合集对分析法建立煤矿生产安全评价模型,并进行实例分析。此模型降低了主观因素的影响,也解决了煤矿安全中不确定性和模糊性的问题。评价结果表明:人员、设备、管理、环境分别对应的安全等级为警戒、较安全、安全、危险。煤矿企业可根据此评价结果采取相应的整改措施。In order to effectively evaluate coal mine production safety and reduce coal mine production risks,the coal mine production safety evaluation model is constructed using the combination weight method and the set-pair analysis method. For the important factors affecting coal mine production safety,19 secondary indicators are established from four aspects:personnel,equipment,management and environment,so as to build a coal mine production safety index system.The hierarchical analysis method and entropy power method are combined to determine the weights of coal mine production safety indexes,and the set-pair analysis method is combined to establish a coal mine production safety evaluation model and conduct an example analysis. This model reduces the influence of subjective factors and solves the problem of uncertainty and ambiguity in coal mine safety. The evaluation results show that the safety levels corresponding to personnel,equipment,management,and environment are alert,safer,safe,and dangerous,respectively.Coal mining enterprises can take corresponding corrective measures according to this evaluation result.
