摘　　要：在整车道路试验过程中不可避免遇到诸多安全隐患问题,这些问题可分为可控和不可控两方面。从可控问题角度分析,同时也是行业内的共性问题之一,即试验样车安全状态不良导致的安全隐患问题(如替代件问题),通过专项问题梳理归类、根因分析、对策及实施,并不断PDCA,完善标准体系,推进试验样车安全状态的提升,进一步巩固试验安全。The test process inevitably encountered many safety hazards,these problems could be divided into controllable and uncontrollable two aspects. This paper analyzed from the perspective of controllable problems,also one of the common problems in the industry,that was,the poor safety state of the test prototype led to safety hazards(such as replacement parts problem),through special problems sorting and categorization,root cause analysis,countermeasures and implementation,and continuous PDCA,improve the standard system,promote the test prototype safety status,and further consolidate the test safety.
