摘 要:为明晰高炉炉缸炉底安全管理,促进高炉炼铁安全生产管理水平的提升,通过分析安全管理理论的发展和炉缸炉底烧穿频发的实际,认为基于“系统风险理论”对炉缸炉底烧穿安全风险的管控,是现有生产力水平下最科学的炉缸炉底安全管理。辨识了炉缸炉底烧穿存在导致火灾、爆炸、灼烫、中毒等安全事故的重大风险。总结炉缸炉底安全管理的实践经验并参考已有研究,从事前的长寿策略、事中的技术措施、事后的预防与应急三个维度,对高炉炉缸炉底安全风险管控进行了探讨。In order to clarify the safety management of blast furnace furnace bottom and promote the improvement of blast furnace ironmaking safety management,by analyzing the development of safety management theory and the reality of frequent hearth and bottom burn through,it was considered that the management and control of hearth and bottom burn through safety risk based on "system risk theory" was the most scientific hearth and bottom safety management under the current productivity level. It was identified that there were major risks of fire,explosion,scalding,poisoning and other safety accidents caused by the burning through of furnace hearth and bottom. Summarizing the practical experience of hearth and bottom safety management and referring to the existing research,this paper discussed the safety risk management and control of blast furnace hearth and bottom from three dimensions:pre engagement longevity strategy,in-process technical measures,and post event prevention and emergency.
