摘  要:利用亲水性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜,采用错流过滤方式处理经过混凝沉淀工艺的焦化废水,研究超滤膜的出水水质、膜污染和清洗恢复情况。结果表明:产水浊度≤0.5 NTU,去除率可达97%~100%;产水悬浮物质量浓度≤20 mg/L,去除率达到71.9%~96.5%。由膜污染拟合模型分析可知,滤饼层过滤和临界阻塞均是引起膜污染的主要原因。通过化学清洗,膜通量和比通量的恢复率均大于90%,这表明超滤膜表面的不可逆污染物得到了有效去除,该膜的污染恢复性较好。The effluent quality,membrane contamination and cleaning recovery of ultrafiltration membranes were investigated by using hydrophilic polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)membranes with staggered flow filtration to treat coking wastewater after coagulation and sedimentation process.The results showed that the removal rate could reach97%~100% for the produced water turbidity ≤0.5 NTU and 71.9%~96.5% for the produced water suspended matter mass concentration ≤20 mg/L. From the analysis of the fitted model of membrane contamination,it can be seen that both cake layer filtration and critical blockage are the main causes of membrane contamination. The recovery rates of membrane flux and specific flux were greater than 90% by chemical cleaning,which indicated that the irreversible contaminants on the surface of ultrafiltration membrane were effectively removed and the membrane had good recovery of contamination.
