摘  要:钢铁行业污水排放历程基本分为3个阶段,第一阶段为水源地取水利用后排放环境;第二阶段为通过物化或生化处理后达标排放;第三个阶段为在第二阶段处理的基础上,经过双膜法提升水质,对浓水进一步浓缩、资源化利用。目前钢铁企业新上线的污水治理项目基本要求是达到污水零排放,工艺的选取也决定了是否真正能实现零排放。通过实例介绍钢铁行业零排放工艺、运行情况及存在的问题。The development process of sewage in the iron and steel industry is roughly divided into three stages. The first stage is the discharge environment after water intake and utilization,the second stage is the discharge the surplus standards after physino-chemical or biochemical treatment and utilization. The third stage is based on the second stage of treatment,after double membrane method to enhance water quality,further concentration of concentrated water,resource utilization.The basic requirement of new wastewater treatment project for steel industry is to achieve zero discharge,and the selection of the process also determines whether zero discharge can be truly achieved. We will introduce the zero discharge process,operation and problems in the steel industry through examples.
