中国航空物流业高质量发展效率影响因素组态与路径研究--基于中国31个省份的fsQCA分析

摘　　要：航空物流业作为支撑我国经济社会发展的战略性支柱产业,其高质量发展效率受到多个因素影响。为更好地厘清我国航空物流业高质量发展效率有效提升的多重因果逻辑关系,首先采用DEA-Malmquist指数分析法测度2011—2020年31个省份航空物流产业高质量发展效率,并以2020年我国航空物流业高质量发展效率值作为结果变量,从经济发展支撑、基础设施保障、政府政策支持3个方面选取8个因素作为前因变量,采用fsQCA方法进行了分析。结果表明:存在3条提升我国航空物流业高质量发展效率的路径,即政府政策驱动路径、基础设施驱动路径、经济发展+基础设施+政府政策驱动路径;地区生产总值、高等级机场数量、货运航线数量、特殊监管区域数量、通关便利型机场数量是提升我国航空物流业高质量发展效率的核心要素。As a strategic pillar industry supporting China′s economic and social development,the high-quality development efficiency of the aviation logistics industry is affected by many factors.This paper used the Malmquist index analysis method to measure the high-quality development efficiency of the aviation logistics industry in 31 provinces and cities from 2011 to 2020,and took the high-quality development efficiency value of China′s aviation logistics industry in 2020 as the result variable.This paper selected eight factors as pre-dependent variables from economic development support and infrastructure support,and used fsQCA method for analysis.The results showed that there were three paths to improve the high-quality development efficiency of China′s aviation logistics industry,namely,government policy-driven path,infrastructure-driven path,economic development+infrastructure+government policy-driven path;The number of routes,the number of special supervision areas,and the number of airports with convenient customs clearance were the core elements to improve the high-quality development efficiency of my country′s aviation logistics industry.
