摘　　要：参与联合国非洲维和行动是日本介入非洲安全事务的重要依托。日本参与非洲维和是众多因素综合作用的结果,经历了从慎重派兵到积极参与的过程,其从事的维和业务内容也从后勤保障、监督选举、基础设施整备等拓展到驰援护卫等新业务。日本参与非洲维和有明确的利益诉求,是突破宪法束缚、摆脱战后体制的重要手段,其目的是扩大在非洲地区的军事影响力,确保对非外交战略的顺利推进。Participating in UN peacekeeping operations in Africa is an important way for the Japanese Self-Defense Force to which intervene in African security affairs.Many factors play into Japan’s participation in the peace-keeping operations in Africa,which ranging from prudent dispatching of soldiers to active participation,and the content of its peacekeeping operations has also expanded from logistical support,election supervision,infrastructure development,etc.to new services such as assistance and escort.Japan’s participation in African peacekeeping has clear interest demands that is an important means to break through the shackles of the Constitution and get rid of the post-war system,thereby expanding its military weight in Africa and advancing its diplomacy towards the continent.
