摘 要:采用CHEMKIN软件构建了两段PFR反应器模型,研究了主燃区空气系数、烟气再循环率和温度对NO_(x)排放的影响。空气系数增加,燃料N转化率提高;当烟气再循环率较低时,增加空气系数会明显提高燃料N转化率。随着烟气再循环率增加,燃料N转化率降低。温度对NO的排放有着较大的影响,温度升高,燃料N转化率提高。在反应器进口段,挥发分对NO生成有很大的促进作用,在反应器中段焦炭燃烧是影响NO生成的最主要反应,反应器末段煤烟对NO起还原作用。A two-stage PFR reactor model was constructed by using CHEMKIN software to study the effects of excess air coefficient,flue gas recirculation rate and temperature in the main combustion zone on NO_(x) emission.The results show that the N conversion rate of pulverized coal increases with the increase of excess air coefficient;When the cycle ratio is low,increasing the excess air coefficient will significantly improve the conversion of fuel N.With the increase of flue gas recirculation rate,the conversion rate of fuel N decreases.Temperature has a great influence on NO emission.The higher the temperature,the greater the conversion rate of fuel N to NO in the inlet section of the reactor.Volatile matter can greatly promote the formation of NO in the middle section of the reactor.Coke combustion is the main reaction affecting the formation of NO.At the end of the reactor,soot plays a reducing role in NO.
