摘  要:针对原燃料质量差、喷吹稳定率低和压差波动大等问题,新钢2500 m 3高炉采取加强料仓管理,提高焦丁比,稳定喷吹压差,扩大矿石批重,调整矩阵保证中心主导气流,优化入炉焦炭、煤粉粒级组成及喷吹配煤结构等管理和技术措施,摸索出适合自身的合理的燃料结构,保证了高炉长期稳定顺行。In view of the poor quality of raw fuel,low injection stability rate and large fluctuation of pressure difference,the 2500 m 3 blast furnace of Xingang has taken such management and technical measures as strengthening silo management,increasing nut coke ratio,stabilizing injection pressure difference,expanding ore batch weight,adjusting matrix to ensure central dominant air flow,optimizing incoming coke,pulverized coal particle size composition and injection coal blending structure,so as to explore a reasonable fuel structure suitable for itself and ensure the long-term stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace.
