摘  要:针对660 MW二次再热汽轮机启动步序较多、时延较长、疲劳寿命损耗增加的问题,以启动过程中温度场和应力场数值模拟为基础,采用X准则、Z准则结合的方式,优化启动步序的逻辑参数。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效解决汽轮机运行过程中过热的问题,并缩短了启动时间,提高了最大应力、平均升温率,降低了低压转子关键部位最大热机械应力。虽然疲劳寿命损耗率增加到2.8%,但仍在合理范围内。Aiming at the 660 MW secondary reheat steam turbine′s problems of many start-up steps,long time delay and increasing fatigue life loss,the temperature field and stress field during steam turbine startup are numerically simulated,and the logical parameters of startup steps are optimized by combining x criterion and Z criterion.The experimental results show that this method can effectively solve the problem of overheating during the operation of steam turbine,reduce the start-up time,improve the maximum stress value and average temperature rise rate,and reduce the maximum thermal mechanical stress at the key parts of LP rotor.Although the fatigue life loss rate increases to 2.8%,it is within a reasonable range.
