摘 要:建立了陶瓷除尘器气体流动和粉尘运动的数学模型,利用FLUENT软件对烛状陶瓷管除尘器内部气体流动特性和除尘特性进行分析。模拟结果表明,含尘气体流量增加,除尘器压强增加;含尘气体流过多孔介质区域的压强与过滤流速呈线性关系;含尘气体流量增加,粉尘颗粒捕集时间缩短,粉尘粒径越大捕集时间越长;含尘气体流量增加,陶瓷管上部的颗粒沉积占比增多;粉尘粒径增大,陶瓷管上部的颗粒沉积占比减少,下部的颗粒沉积占比增多。The mathematical model of gas flow and dust movement in ceramic dust remover was established.The flow and dust removal characteristics in candle ceramic dust remover were analyzed by FLUENT software.The effects of gas flow rate and particle size on the velocity,pressure drop,dust deposition location and mass distribution in the dust remover are obtained.The simulation results show that with the increase of flue gas flow,the pressure in the dust collector increases.The pressure of airflow through the porous medium region is linearly related to the filtration velocity.Increasing the gas flow rate is beneficial to reducing the collecting time of dust particles,and dust particle size also affects the collecting time.The larger the particle size is,the longer the collecting time will be.With the increase of dust gas flow rate,the proportion of particle deposition in the upper area of ceramic tube increases.With the increase of dust particle size,the proportion of particle deposition in the upper area of ceramic tube decreases,the lower area of ceramic tube increase.
