摘 要:随着涪陵页岩气田焦石坝区块进入开发调整期,老井的采出程度逐渐增加,压裂后支撑剂回流现象频发,给安全生产带来隐患,并严重影响气井产能释放。为解决页岩气藏压裂后支撑剂回流问题,文中开展了压裂防砂工艺技术研究与现场应用。通过建立基于压裂施工参数的SM模型,并开展模拟计算,明确了地层闭合压力、支撑缝宽比(支撑剂支撑的缝宽与支撑剂粒径之比)为页岩气井支撑剂回流的主控因素,提出了增加水力裂缝缝长、提高携砂液黏度、增大支撑剂粒径等缓解支撑剂回流的有效工艺措施。现场试验表明:在相同的生产时间下,采用优化后压裂工艺的气井支撑剂回流量可减少87%。该研究成果对同类型区块压裂防砂工艺的优化具有指导意义。As Jiaoshiba block of Fuling shale gas field enters the development and adjustment period,the recovery degree of old wells gradually increases,and the proppant reflux phenomenon occurs frequently after fracturing,which brings hidden dangers to safe production and seriously affects the release of gas well productivity.In order to solve the problem of proppant reflux after fracturing in shale gas reservoirs,the research and field application of fracturing sand control technology are carried out.By establishing the SM model based on fracturing operation parameters and simulation calculation,it is clear that formation closure pressure,supported fracture width ratio(ratio of proppant supported fracture width and proppant diameter)are main control factors for proppant reflux in shale gas well.It is proposed that increase of hydraulic fracture length,viscosity of sand carrying fluid and proppant diameter are effective technological measures to ease the proppant reflux.The field test results show that with the same production time,the proppant reflux rate can be reduced by 87%in gas wells using the optimized fracturing process,which has guiding significance for the optimization of fracturing sand control technology in the same type of blocks.
