摘  要:针对涪陵页岩气田焦石坝区块部分加密井生产效果不佳,且并未对相邻老井产生正向井间干扰的问题,结合产气剖面、微地震裂缝监测等资料,对已实施井分析评价,明确了地应力、地层压力等储层条件变化情况,以及原有的压裂工艺参数设计不合理是影响压裂效果的关键。鉴于此,文中创新提出了“多簇密切割+暂堵剂转向”的压裂改造思路,并应用数值模拟技术,对单段射孔簇数、射孔簇间距、压裂施工规模等关键压裂参数进行优化。现场应用结果表明,采用新工艺,加密井压裂改造体积和压裂后测试产量分别提高了7.30%,10.13%,相邻老井生产压力提升了236.28%。研究成果对后续加密井压裂设计具有指导意义。The production effect of some infill wells in jiaoshiba block of Fuling shale gas field is poor,and there is no positive inter-well interference to adjacent old wells.The implemented wells are analyzed and evaluated combining with gas production profile,microseismic fracture monitoring data.The change of reservoir conditions such as in-situ stress and formation pressure are defined,and the unreasonable design of original fracturing process parameters are the key to affect the fracturing effect.In view of this,the fracturing reconstruction idea of"multi cluster dense perforation and temporary plugging agent diversion"is innovatively put forward,and the key fracturing parameters such as the number of perforation clusters in a single section,perforation cluster spacing and fracturing construction scale are optimized based on numerical simulation technology.The field application results show that after the application of the new process,the fracturing reconstruction volume and output of infill wells are increased by 7.30%and 10.13%,and the production pressure of adjacent old wells is increased by 236.28%,which has guiding significance for the fracturing design of subsequent infill wells.
