摘　　要：干部素养是干部领导力的重要基础,也是履行好领导干部职责的关键条件。列宁晚年在口授的“政治遗嘱”中审思了干部素养这一主题,分别从性格素养、理论素养、政治素养、业务素养、文化素养、作风素养六大方面进行了系统阐述。这些论述虽跨越了90余年时空,但其蕴含的宝贵思想在当今仍具有重要的启示价值,需要结合新时代条件,发挥这些重要论述的建设性作用。The cadre quality is an important foundation for cadre leadership,and it is also a key condition for fulfilling the responsibilities of leading cadres.In his"political will"dictated by Lenin in his later years,he examined the theme of the cadre quality and systematically elaborated on six aspects:character quality,theoretical quality,political quality,professional quality,cultural quality,and style quality.Although these expositions have spanned more than 90 years,the valuable ideas embodied in them still have important enlightenment value today,and the constructive role of the important expositions needs to be brought into play in the context and condition of the new era.
