摘 要:基于高效液相色谱-CHEMTAX化学分析法,对浮游植物类群以及其与环境因子的相关性进行分析,研究大冶湖和网湖浮游植物多样性及环境响应。结果显示:大冶湖全粒级浮游植物总Chl a的浓度要高于网湖;大冶湖春季优势种群为裸藻(76.28%)和硅藻(12.79%),夏季优势种群为隐藻(79.04%)和裸藻(10.10%);网湖春季优势种群为裸藻(70.21%)和金藻(13.27%),夏季优势种群为裸藻(52.00%)、隐藻(14.17%)、硅藻(15.75%)和蓝藻(13.91%);藻类和环境因子相关性分析表明:裸藻与水温、溶解氧、化学需氧量显著负相关,与氨氮显著正相关;而隐藻与水温、溶解氧、化学需氧量、总磷显著正相关,与氨氮显著负相关;绿藻与化学需氧量显著负相关;蓝藻与水温、总磷、磷酸盐显著正相关(p<0.01)。This paper probed into phytoplankton taxa and their correlation with environmental factors by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-CHEMTAX analysis to investigate the phytoplankton diversity and environmental response in the Daye Lake and the Wanghu Lake.The results showed that the concentration of Chl a phytoplankton was higher in the Daye Lake than that in the Wanghu Lake.As for the dominant phytoplankton populations,in spring Euglenophytes(76.28%)and Diatoms(12.79%)were the dominant populations in the Daye Lake,while Euglenophytes(70.21%)and Chrysophytes(13.27%)in the Wanghu Lake.In summer,Cryptophytes(79.04%)and Euglenophytes(10.10%)are the dominant population in the Daye Lake while Euglenophytes(52.00%),Diatoms(15.75%)and Cyanobacteria(13.91%)in the Wanghu Lake.In addition,the analysis on the correlation between algae and environmental factors indicated that Euglenophytes had a significant negative correlation with water temperature,the content of dissolved oxygen and the content of chemical oxygen demanded while it had a positive correlation with the content of ammonia nitrogen;Cryptophytes has significant positive correlation with water temperature,the content of dissolved oxygen and the content of chemical oxygen demanded and total phosphorus while it had negative correlation with the content of ammonia nitrogen;Chlorophytes was significantly negatively correlated with the content of chemical oxygen demanded and Cyanobacteria was significantly positively correlated with water temperature,total phosphorus and phosphate(p<0.01).
