单相三电平NPC变换器SPWM与SVPWM等效性研究

摘　　要：在单相三电平NPC变换器控制策略的研究中,正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)和空间矢量调制(SVPWM)两种调制方式等效性鲜有严格的推导证明过程。通过占空比的方法,结合单相三电平NPC变换器的工作原理,对SPWM和SVPWM两种调制方法的等效性进行研究,经过理论与数学推理得出两种调制方法占空比完全一致,证明了两种调制方式具有等效性。最后通过仿真,得到两种调制方式的输出的PWM波形、输出电压与输出电流波形也是完全相同的,进一步验证了该等效关系的正确性。In the study of single-phase three-level NPC converter control strategy,the equivalence of two modulation methods,sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM)and space vector modulation(SVPWM)has been seldom deduced and proved strictly.By using the duty cycle method,the equivalence of two modulation methods,SPWM and SVPWM,is studied by combining the operating principle of single-phase three-level NPC converter.After theoretical and mathematical reasoning,it find that the duty cycle of the two modulation methods is exactly the same,which proves the equivalence of the two modulation methods.Finally,after simulation,the result shows that the PWM waveforms,output voltage and output current waveforms of the two modulation methods are also identical,which further verifies the correctness of the equivalence relationship.
