摘　　要：目的:探讨标准化造口管理流程联合造口身体形态评估表在门诊就诊肠造口者中的应用效果。方法:选取因造口相关并发症于南阳市中心医院门诊就诊的80例肠造口者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组联合应用标准化造口管理流程及造口身体形态评估表进行护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预,比较2组患者护理干预前后自护能力、生活质量,以及干预后并发症再发情况。结果:干预后3个月,观察组患者自我护理意愿、自我护理知识和自我护理技能方面评分及总分均高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,P <0.05;而且造口相关并发症再发率明显低于对照组,P <0.05。结论:标准化造口管理流程联合造口身体形态评估表用于门诊就诊肠造口者,可有效提高其自护能力,降低造口相关并发症再发率,从而提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of standardized management process(SMP) for stoma combined with stoma body-pattern evaluation scale(SBPES) applied in the outpatient patients with bowelstoma.Methods Randomly divided the 80 patients with bowel-stoma who received treatment due to their stoma-related complication in Nanyang City’s central hospital into observation group(40 cases,according to SMP for stoma and SBPES giving them nursing intervention) and control group(40 cases,still routine nursing intervention);Then,compared the status on self-care agency,quality of life before and after intervention,as well as complication after intervention between the two groups.Results At 3 months after intervention in the score ratings on self-care willing,the knowledge on self-care,the skill-ability of selfcare and total points observation group was all higher than control group;meanwhile,in the score ratings on quality of life did so(all,P<0.05).In the recurrent rate of stoma-related complication observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SMP for stoma combined with SBPES applied in the outpatient patients with bowel-stoma can effectively reduce the recurrent rate of stoma-related complication,thus enhance patients’ quality of life.
