摘 要:介绍了一种符合现代设备管理要求的预测性维护信息化诊断方式,可在线及时高效地对设备异常作出诊断,消除安全隐患,防止重大事故的发生。某水泥公司运用大数据技术及机器学习等方法建构了设备管理及预测性维护系统,对水泥生产设备运行情况进行智能监测和智能诊断。该系统应用后,有效保障了设备高效、可靠运行,延长了设备的使用寿命,提升了生产效率,降低了运维成本。This paper introduces an intelligent diagnosis method that meets the requirements of modern equipment management,which can timely and efficiently diagnose the abnormal situation of equipment online,eliminate the hidden danger of safety and prevent the occurrence of serious accidents.A cement company uses big data technology and machine learning methods to build an equipment management and predictive maintenance system,which can intelligently monitor and diagnose the operation of cement production equipment.After the system is applied,it effectively guarantee the efficient and reliable operation of the equipment,extend the service life of the equipment,improve the production efficiency,and reduced the operation and maintenance cost.
