摘　　要：自20世纪80年代以来,方志学科建设获得了很大发展。但是,方志学科地位没有很大提升,人才队伍建设十分薄弱,学术研究成果和学科建设成效还不够丰富和突出。导致这种状况的原因多种多样,但主要与方志学科建设不被重视有关。方志学界需要进一步思考并寻求解决的对策。审视方志学科建设基本状况,回顾方志学科建设成就,正视方志学科建设存在的问题、总结经验与反思不足,明晰方志学科建设的内涵和任务等,对于新时代方志学科建设和发展十分重要。The discipline construction of local chronicles has made great progress since the 1980s. However, there are still some problems in this respect, such as lack of marked improvement in discipline status of local chronicles, weakness of talent development, and shortage of rich and prominent results in academic research and discipline construction. Various factors contribute to this situation, but the main reason is the neglect of discipline construction of local chronicles. The Local Chronicles Study community should work out to find the solutions to this matter. It is very important for the construction and development of the discipline of local chronicles in the new era to examine the basic situation, review the achievements,face up to the existing problems, sum up experience and retrospect on shortcomings, and clarify the connotation and tasks of the discipline construction of local chronicles.
