摘  要:热失控是近年来锂离子电池事故频发的主要原因。电池表面温度在锂离子电池热失控的过程中变化显著,因此可作为锂离子电池热失控的检测对象和预警指标。针对现有的锂离子电池热失控早期监测预警技术受环境影响大、普适性低、精确度差的问题,提出采用光纤光栅传感器对锂离子电池热失控进行早期监测预警。结果表明:锂离子电池表面的温度变化与电池的充放电倍率具有直接相关性,温差的最大值出现在电池充放电的末期;相较于采用的对比参考K型热电偶,光纤光栅传感器具有更快的响应速率,且光纤光栅传感器具有多路复用性,一根光纤即可实现对锂离子电池表面多点位的温度测量;基于提出的虚拟温度(T_(V)),光纤光栅传感器可实现对锂离子电池表面温度和应变的双重监测。Thermal runaway is the main reason for the frequent accidents of lithium-ion batteries in recent years.The battery surface temperature changes significantly in the process of lithium-ion battery thermal runaway,so it can be used as the detection object and early warning index of lithium-ion battery thermal runaway.Aiming at the problems of large environmental impact,low universality and poor accuracy of the existing early monitoring and early warning technology for thermal runaway of the lithium-ion battery,a fiber Bragg grating sensor is proposed to carry out early monitoring and early warning for thermal runaway of lithium-ion battery.The results show that the temperature change on the surface of a lithium-ion battery is directly related to the charge-discharge ratio of the battery,and the maximum temperature difference occurs at the end of the battery charge-discharge;Compared with the comparison reference K-type thermocouple,the fiber Bragg grating sensor has faster response rate,and the fiber Bragg grating sensor has multiplexing.The multi-point temperature measurement on the surface of the lithium-ion battery can be realized with the fiber;Based on the virtual temperature(T_(V))proposed in this paper,the fiber Bragg grating sensor can realize the dual monitoring of the surface temperature and strain of lithium-ion battery.
