摘  要:为提高琼州海峡客滚船配载决策水平,引入矩形件排样优化理论,以船舱面积利用率最大为目标,建立基于矩形件排样优化理论的客滚船配载决策模型,融合最低水平线算法和K-邻域搜索的遗传算法对模型进行求解。通过模拟不同场景下的客滚船渡海车辆的配载决策过程,得出不同场景下的配载决策方案。在一般场景下或港口出现车辆积压情况时,船舱面积利用率能够达到96%;客滚运输业务处于淡季时,也能输出合理的配载方案。验证了客滚船配载决策模型及算法的有效性。In order to improve the decision-making level of stowage of RoRo passenger ships in Qiongzhou Strait,the rectangular layout optimization theory is introduced in the paper.Aiming at the maximum utilization rate of the cabin area,a decision-making model of stowage of RoRo passenger ship based on rectangular layout optimization theory is established,and the model is solved by integrating the lowest horizontal line algorithm and K-Neighborhood search genetic algorithm.By simulating the stowage decision-making process of cross-sea vehicles of RoRo passenger ships in different scenarios,the stowage decision-making schemes in different scenarios are obtained:In general scenarios or when there are many vehicles in the port,the utilization rate of cabin area can reach a high level of 96%;When the rolling passenger transportation business is in the off-season,it can also output a reasonable stowage scheme.The effectiveness of the decision-making model and algorithm of RoRo passenger ships stowage is verified.
