摘  要:目的探讨子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者异位子宫内膜组织中氧化应激分子及炎性因子表达的意义。方法选取2018年4月至2021年3月我院收治的52例EMs患者作为观察组,选取同期在我院进行健康体检的44例子宫内膜正常者作为对照组,比较两组的氧化应激分子及炎性因子水平。结果观察组的GSH-Px、PON-1水平低于对照组,8-iso-PGF2α、ROS、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组Ⅲ、Ⅳ期PON-1、GSH-Px水平低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,ROS、8-iso-PGF2α、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8水平高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。结论EMs患者氧化应激分子及炎性因子表达与子宫内膜正常者存在显著差异,分期越高则差异越明显。Objective To explore the significance of expressions of oxidative stress molecules and inflammatory factors in ectopic endometrial tissues of patients with endometriosis(EMs).Methods 52 EMs patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2021 were selected as observation group,and 44 patients with normal endometrium undergoing physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The levels of oxidative stress molecules and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The GSH-Px and PON-1 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the 8-iso-PGF2α,ROS,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 levels were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The PON-1 and GSH-Px levels at stageⅢandⅣwere lower than those at stageⅠandⅡ,and the ROS,8-iso-PGF2α,IL-6,TNF-αand IL-8 levels were higher than at stageⅠandⅡ(P<0.05).Conclusions The expressions of oxidative stress molecules and inflammatory factors in EMs patients differed significantly from those with normal endometrium,and the higher the staging,the more significant the difference.
