恩替卡韦联合水飞蓟宾治疗对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者免疫功能及CTGF、TGF-β1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨恩替卡韦联合水飞蓟宾对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)患者免疫功能及结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平的影响。方法将我院收治的94例CHB患者随机分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47)。对照组采用恩替卡韦治疗,观察组采用恩替卡韦联合水飞蓟宾治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的免疫功能(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))及CTGF、TGF-β1水平。结果治疗后,两组的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均升高,CD8^(+)下降(P<0.05);观察组的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CTGF、TGF-β1水平均下降,且观察组的CTGF、TGF-β1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦联合水飞蓟宾治疗CHB的效果显著,可有效改善患者的免疫功能,降低CTGF、TGF-β1水平。Objective To explore the impact of entecavir combined with silibinin on immune function and the connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)levels of patients with chronic viral hepatitis B(CHB).Methods 94 CHB patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=47).The control group was treated with entecavir,and the observation group was treated with entecavir combined with silibinin.The immune function and CTGF and TGF-β1 levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the two groups increased,and the CD8^(+)decreased(P<0.05);The CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the CD8^(+)was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CTGF and TGF-β1 levels of the two groups decreased,and the CTGF and TGF-β1 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Entecavir combined with silibinin has significant effect in the treatment of CHB,which can effectively improve the immune function and reduce the CTGF and TGF-β1 levels.
