低分子量肝素钠预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨低分子量肝素钠对剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生的预防效果。方法选择2018年1月至2021年1月我院收治的80例剖宫产产妇,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用低分子量肝素钠治疗。比较两组的D-二聚体(D-D)水平及下肢DVT发生率。结果治疗4 d,两组的D-D水平低于治疗前,且观察组的D-D水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间下肢DVT发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低分子量肝素钠可调节剖宫产产妇血浆内的D-D水平,预防术后下肢DVT形成,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the preventive effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium on lower limb deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after cesarean section.Methods 80 puerperae with cesarean section admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The D-dimer(D-D)level and DVT incidence were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 days of treatment,the D-D levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the D-D level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the DVT incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Low molecular weight heparin sodium can adjust the plasma D-D level of puerperae with cesarean section,and prevent the postoperative formation of lower limb DVT,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
