摘　　要：目的探讨以照护者为中心的延续性护理对COPD缓解期患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院2019年6月至2021年12月收治的COPD缓解期患者98例随机分为对照组(49例,常规随访)与延续性护理组(49例,常规随访+以照护者为中心的延续性护理),比较两组的生活质量、照护者负担情况及护理满意度。结果护理3个月后,延续性护理组的SGRQ各维度(症状、活动、疾病影响)、ZBI各维度(个人负担、责任负担)评分低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以照护者为中心的延续性护理可改善COPD缓解期患者的生活质量,减轻照护者负担,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the influence of caregiver-centered continuous nursing on the quality of life of patients during COPD remission period.Methods 98 patients during COPD remission period admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group(49 cases,routine follow-up)and continuous nursing group(49 cases,routine follow-up+caregiver-centered continuous nursing).The quality of life,caregiver burden and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of nursing,the scores of SGRQ(symptoms,activities and disease impact)and ZBI(personal burden and responsibility burden)of the continuous nursing group were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Caregiver-centered continuous nursing can significantly improve the quality of life of patients during COPD remission period,reduce the burden of caregivers,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree.
