摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科(FTS)理念在腹腔镜脾切除术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法将我院行腹腔镜脾切除术治疗的96例患者随机分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组采用常规围术期护理,观察组基于FTS理念进行围术期护理。比较两组患者的术后康复情况、疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果观察组的肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d、3 d的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.17%,低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜脾切除术患者围术期护理中应用FTS理念,可促进患者术后尽快康复,减轻患者术后疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of fast track surgery(FTS)concept in perioperative nursing of patients with laparoscopic splenectomy.Methods 96 patients with laparoscopic splenectomy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48).The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group received perioperative nursing based on FTS concept.The postoperative rehabilitation,pain degree and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The anal exhaust time,the first out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 1 day and 3 days after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.17%,lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions FTS concept applied in perioperative nursing of patients with laparoscopic splenectomy can promote postoperative recovery as soon as possible,alleviate postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of complications.
