基于6 h复苏目标理论的护理模式在重型肺炎患儿中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨基于6 h复苏目标理论的护理模式在重型肺炎患儿中的应用价值。方法选取2019年12月至2021年12月我院收治的70例重型肺炎患儿,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于6 h复苏目标理论的护理模式。比较两组的氧合功能指标及生活质量。结果干预后,两组的ScvO_(2)、PaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)水平高于干预前,且观察组的ScvO_(2)、PaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的角色功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能评分高于干预前,且观察组的角色功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于6 h复苏目标理论的护理模式可改善重型肺炎患儿的氧合功能,提升其生活质量。Objective To explore the application value of nursing model based on 6-hour resuscitation goal theory in children with severe pneumonia.Methods 70 children with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing model based on 6-hour resuscitation goal theory.The oxygenation function indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the ScvO_(2),PaO_(2) and PaO_(2)/FiO_(2) levels of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the ScvO_(2),PaO_(2) and PaO_(2)/FiO_(2) levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of role function,physical function,emotion function and social function in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of role function,physical function,emotion function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing model based on 6-hour resuscitation goal theory can improve the oxygenation function of children with severe pneumonia and improve the quality of life.
