摘　　要：目的探讨基于家属-患者认知互动的护理干预对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者自我效能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2020年12月我院收治的155例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者,根据护理干预方案不同分为研究组(88例)与对照组(67例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用基于家属-患者认知互动的护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后的一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOL-74)评分及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组的GSES、GQOL-74评分高于干预前,且研究组的GSES、GQOL-74评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为97.73%,高于对照组的88.06%(P<0.05)。结论基于家属-患者认知互动的护理干预可有效提高缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的自我效能、生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention based on family-patient cognitive interaction on self efficacy and quality of life in convalescent patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 155 convalescent patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into study group(88 cases)and control group(67 cases)according to different nursing intervention programs.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received nursing intervention based on family-patient cognitive interaction.The scores of GSES and GQOL-74 before and after nursing intervention and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the GSES and GQOL-74 scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the GSES and GQOL-74 scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 97.73%,higher than 88.06%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on family-patient cognitive interaction can effectively improve the self efficacy,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree of convalescent patients with ischemic stroke,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
