营养支持小组在肺癌患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨营养支持小组在肺癌患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月我院收治的80例肺癌患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用营养支持小组。比较两组患者干预前后的营养指标及生存质量评分。结果干预后,两组的血浆蛋白、前清蛋白、转铁蛋白水平及生存质量各维度(生理、心理、社会关系、环境)评分均高于干预前,且观察组的血浆蛋白、前清蛋白、转铁蛋白水平及生存质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论营养支持小组应用于肺癌患者中可明显改善其营养状况,提升其生存质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of nutritional support group in the nursing of patients with lung cancer.Methods 80 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received nutritional support group on the basis of the control group.The nutritional indicators and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the plasma protein,prealbumin and transferrin levels,and the scores of all dimensions of quality of life(physiology,psychology,social relations and environment)in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the plasma protein,prealbumin and transferrin levels,and the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nutritional support group in the application of patients with lung cancer can significantly improve their nutritional status and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
