摘 要:以新疆喀什地区某驴场的60头新疆驴(Equus asinus)为研究对象,收集泌乳母驴的日挤乳量的同时测定其13个部位的体尺数据。基于SPSS 26.0软件中相关性方法分析体尺数据与泌乳量之间的相关程度,利用GraphPad Prism 8.0软件中回归分析方法建立体尺数据与泌乳量之间的回归模型。结果表明,胸围、前段、尻宽、尻角度、乳房深度、乳头直径与泌乳量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);腰强度、乳房附着高度、乳头长度与泌乳量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。建立体尺性状与泌乳量之间的最优回归模型为:Y=-215.20+3.14X_(1)+4.75X_(2)-3.83X_(3)-6.36X_(4)+13.85X_(5)+2.06X_(6)+0.83X_(7)-43.53X_(8)-36.55X_(9)。Body conformation is an important selection index,which has an important internal relationship with the production performance of livestock.The project aims to research the relationship between the body conformation and milk trait of Xinjiang donkeys in southern Xinjiang in the hope of providing technical support for predicting lactation performance by body conformation.In this study,60 of Xinjiang donkeys from Kashi were selected as the main research object and the daily milk yield of lactating donkeys and 13 body size traits were collected and measured.The degree of correlation between body conformation data and lactation volume was analyzed based on the correlation method in SPSS 26.0 software and the regression model between the body size data and milk yield was established by using GraphPad Prism 8.0 software.The results showed that there was significant positive correlation between chest girth,anterior segment,croup width,croup angle,breast depth,nipple diameter and milk yield(P<0.05),and significant positive correlation between loin strength,breast attachment height,nipple length and milk yield(P<0.01).The optimal regression model between the body size and milk yield was:Y=-215.20+3.14X_(1)+4.75X_(2)-3.83X_(3)-6.36X_(4)+13.85X_(5)+2.06X_(6)+0.83X_(7)-43.53X_(8)-36.55X_(9).The body size can be used to forecast milk yield of Xinjiang donkey,and provide a reference for electing the high milk yield donkey.
