摘 要:为探究白星花金龟(Potosia brevitarsis Lewis)虫粪砂在园艺作物育苗上的应用潜力,将虫粪砂与基质土(以2∶1∶1的质量比混配草炭土、珍珠岩、蛭石)按照2%、4%、8%、16%、32%的质量比例配成育苗基质,研究虫粪砂混配基质对黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)和辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)育苗及幼苗生长状况的影响。结果表明,随着虫粪砂比例的提高,黄瓜和辣椒幼苗的各项生长指标均表现出先升高后降低的趋势;黄瓜幼苗在添加8%虫粪砂的育苗基质条件下,幼苗株高、茎粗、叶片叶绿素含量表现最佳,在含4%的虫粪砂基质,幼苗根冠比和壮苗指数最优。辣椒幼苗在添加4%虫粪砂时,叶片叶绿素含量、株高和壮苗指数最优,茎粗和根冠比则是8%虫粪砂基质最优。本研究表明,白星花金龟粪砂以4%~8%的混配基质对黄瓜和辣椒育苗具有促进作用。In order to explore the application potential of insect dung sand in horticultural crop seedlings,the insect dung sand and the substrate soil(Mixed grass charcoal soil,perlite and vermiculite with a mass ratio of 2∶1∶1)were combined into the nursery matrix according to the mass ratio of 2%,4%,8%,16%and 32%,and the effects of the mixed matrix of insect dung sand on cucumber and pepper seedlings and seedling growth were studied.The results showed that:with the increase of the proportion of insect excrement sand,the growth indexes of cucumber and pepper seedlings showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Stem diameter and leaf chlorophyll content were the best,and the seedling root-shoot ratio and seedling strength index were the best in the medium containing 4%insect excrement sand.When pepper seedlings were added with 4%insect excrement sand,the leaf chlorophyll content,plant height and seedling strength index were the best,and the stem diameter and root-shoot ratio were the best when 8%insect excrement sand matrix was added.This study preliminarily shows that Protaetia brevitarsis Lewis dung with a mixed substrate of 4%-8%has a promoting effect on cucumber and pepper seedlings,which is worthy of further development.
